Santiago Jaramillo-Caro
Santiago Jaramillo-Caro is a partner at Gomez-Pinzón Zuleta in Bogotá (Colombia) and heads the Administrative-Constitutional Law and Technology & Privacy Practices Groups in the Firm. Mr. Jaramillo-Caro focuses his practice on information technology; privacy compliance; administrative-constitutional law and arbitration. His transactional practice includes commercial arrangements and state contracts that involve, among others, infrastructure and technology issues.
Mr. Jaramillo-Caro was a former deputy justice at the Colombian Constitutional Court. He is a CIPP member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a member of the International Technology Law Association. Mr. Jaramillo-Caro is admitted to practice law in Colombia.
