Natsue Ishida
Natsue Ishida is Senior Legal Counsel at Philips Electronics Japan, Ltd. in Tokyo (Japan), providing legal guidance and advice to the management and business sectors in relation to the company's healthcare, consumer electronics, and lighting business. Ms. Ishida is responsible for coordinating all legal efforts and initiatives within the company as well as overseeing its business practice compliance matters.
Before joining Philips, Ms. Ishida worked as a legal counsel for a major device company and securities company in Tokyo. Her international experience includes working in the United States and Europe in the areas of Global Data Protection and Global Transfer Pricing practice as a member of the international headquarters of a large multi-national accounting firm. In addition to general corporate practice, her areas of focus include data protection, information security, corporate compliance, professional ethics, information technology, intellectual property, and international taxation. Ms. Ishida is member of the New York State Bar and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
