Gary Cywie

Gary Cywie heads Noble & Scheidecker Technologies & IP team. Involved with all technology matters (including telecommunications, Internet, domain names, digital signature, data protection and legal aspects of IT security), he also handles Intellectual Property and Media matters as well as contracts pertaining to his fields of expertise. Lately, he has been focusing on outsourcing agreements. Renaud and his team are recommended by Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer? and Chambers Europe.

Gary Cywie is the author and co-author of numerous articles and publications on new information and communication technology subjects. He is a regular organizer and contributor at conferences and seminars concerning the legal aspects of e-business.

 

 

Agnes Mongin-Weiss

Catherine Jardin

Catherine Jardin, admitted to the German and the Luxembourg Bar, works in the data protection, intellectual property, information technology, electronic communication and corporate structuring fields at Noble & Scheidecker. In this respect, she also has a strong experience with various IP and IT related contracts (outsourcing agreements and contracts pertaining to the provision of Internet-related platforms), e-commerce, telecommunication, and regulatory compliance requirements in general.

Catherine is a co-author of several publications, including articles and book contributions in the fields of data protection, IP, Telecommunications, and IT outsourcing.

 

 

Renaud Le Squeren

Renaud Le Squeren, admitted to the Luxembourg Bar, focuses his practice within Noble & Scheidecker's Technologies & IP team on data protection matters for both public organizations and private companies. Renaud provides corporate structuring advices within the Corporate and Finance team.

He has contributed as external consultant to the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority and teaches Commercial Law at the Institut Universitaire International Luxembourg and at the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Center (LLLC).
